Terms and Conditions

All of our pottery is unique.  Variations may occur due to the fact that they are handcrafted.  There is no guarantee that each pot will be exactly the same shape and color.

The Pot’s dimensions include the opening (top’s width) or the greatest diameter (body’s) and piece’s height.  Both measurements are external.  The diameter is given in both the length and width section for round pieces.

The list prices are available upon request.  We offer several pricing programs to ensure that you benefit from the best possible value.

Prepayment is required for first time orders.  Payment terms can be established upon credit approval.  We accept wire transfers, checks, or Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  There is a 3% convenience fee for using credit cards.

Damage and Claims
Damage claims must be submitted along with proof of damage within 14 days of receipt of goods.  Choices of a credit on your account or replacement delivery are available at our cost.  Breakage cannot be used as the sole reason for refusing shipment.  Please make notes on the delivery receipt if there is any visible damage.

Cancellations and Returns
Orders may not be canceled within 15 days prior to the ship date from our warehouse.  Any cancellations made after the cutoff date will incur a 10% restocking fee.  Merchandise may not be returned or refused without prior authorization once the order is delivered, otherwise a 20% restocking fee and delivery charge will be incurred by the customer.  Returns will not be accepted 10 days after receipt of merchandise.

Shipping and Handling
All orders shipped out of California will incur a shipping charge, with the exception of Walk-in customers picking up their order.  There is also a handling charge of $20 per pallet.  We offer shipping discounts based on volume and delivery destination.  Feel free to contact us for a shipping quote for your location.

Container Order
We provide different terms and will quote lower prices for high volume orders.
